A Day in the Life:This position is located in the Bunge North America soybean processing plant in Decatur, IN. The Labor Pool position is responsible for performing utility work in the crush department, providing assistance to the plant in preparation for and during the harvest season, and is used to fill future full-time vacancies throughout the plant. Candidates must actively participate in Bunge’s employee safety policy and maintain a safe work environment for self and all employees.Position Details:This is a full-time, permanent position with a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution, and paid vacation/holidays. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd/3rd shifts.
