Construction Project Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to join a national architectural, interiors, program and construction management and Infrastructure firm based in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and subcontractors on various aspects of the project Review and update project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, invoices and reports Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and contractual standards Conduct site visits and inspections to verify progress and identify issues Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on project status, issues and resolutions Prepare and maintain project documentation, records and files We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and standards Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, contractors, and consultants Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software tools
