This is morethan a compliance role; you will be a key business partner, providingcritical insights that shape our go-to-market strategy. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... Own the end-to-end review of complex, non-standard sales contracts toensure revenue is recognized accurately under ASC 606 Manage keyareas of the revenue month-end close, from preparing complex journalentries and reconciliations to delivering insightful flux analysis toleadership Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifyinginefficiencies in the quote-to-cash process and implementing scalablebest practices Serve as a key point of contactfor internal andexternal audits, preparing PBC schedules and independently addressingauditor inquiries Lead technical accounting research on new orunusual revenue scenarios, document findings in memos, and presentconclusions to accounting leadership Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including sales, legal and operations, tosupport the revenue process Prepare and maintain documentationsupporting revenue recognition policies and procedures Support ad-hocprojects and initiatives as assigned by management We are aremote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you maybe required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard workinghour If You've Got It - We Want It Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance, or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or progresstowards CPA certification strongly preferred 1-2 years of publicaccounting experience working on public companies and 2-3 in industryperforming technical revenue accounting A proven ability to workindependently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership ofprojects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment Experiencewith consumption preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel andexperience with NetSuite ARM Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskill, with the ability to interpret complex contracts and financialdata Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability tomeet tight deadlines Effective communication skills, with the abilityto collaborate cross-functionally and present information clearly andconcisely Must be based in PST or MST.
