Why You'll Love This Role You will work closely with thefounding team and a group of highly-skilled engineers to shape thefuture of search and analytics of observability data. You will play acentral role in bringing integrating cutting-edge Generative AItechnologies with the Cribl Product suite to help solve real customerproblems. You will work closely with development partners and keystakeholders to iteratively design, develop, and deliver products andsurfaces that will delight our customers. Work with the productengineering teams to prototype and experiment with new AI features Work across backend, frontend, and interact with LLMs and/or other MLmodels Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technologyintegrations into Cribl's core products with the goal of solving realcustomer problems Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies andtrends Work closely with fine tuning models, Prompt Engineering, andInference Platforms This position will require stand-by, on-call, oroff-hours duties If You've Got It - We Want It Bachelor's degree inCS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience Ability to problem solvefrom first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives Prior experience in contributing to products that have gainedsignificant user traction or scaled to a large user base Experienceas an AI/ML Engineer Experience with ML Ops Experience withTypescript/JavaScript and either Node or React Salary Range ($185,000 -$250,000) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.The salary offered within the range described will be based on theindividual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generousbenefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-termdisability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, afertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for adiscretionary company-wide bonus. #LI-JB1 #LI-Remote Bring Your WholeSelf Diversity drives innovation, enables better decisions to supportour customers, and inspires change for the better.
