Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Siemens and JCI control systems.The anticipated salary range for this position is $68 K - $78 K, depending on qualifications and experience.Your day to day: Responsibilities -Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Building Systems: Analyze complex system operations, identify root causes of problems/malfunctions, and implement effective corrective actions as required. Meticulously document work performed using mobile devices and computerized maintenance management systems. Record detailed, legible notes, complete all procedure steps as required, and accurately log time on job. Adhere to supervisor's directives while maintaining effective communication with all team members and clients. Provide prompt on-call support as needed. Assist during critical mandatory utility outages. Weekend work may be required. Strictly comply with departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain an impeccably clean and safe workspace. Perform additional duties as assigned with diligence and professionalism.Sound like you? To apply you need:Requirements - Education: High school diploma or state equivalent required, minimum of two years of related trade schooling or two years of college or equivalent. Experience: Minimum six years' hands-on experience in building automation systems.
