Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

We have been making world-class saw blades for over 90 years, and we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running strong. Starting pay is based strongly on ability and experience in the range of $25 - $32 per hour.What you will do:Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used.Respond quickly to production equipment issues to minimize downtime.Collaborate with production to improve equipment reliability.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. What you will bring:Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude: ability to disassemble, diagnose, and repair mechanical components.Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and power tools.Basic understanding of electrical and control systems is a plus but not required.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Effective communication and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and a positive “Can-Do” attitude.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
