Meat Room Production Laborer - Level III

Location: Denton, TX Pay: $21+ per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Temp to hire Our client, a respected name in food manufacturing, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced production professional for a Level III role in their meat room operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role that plays a key part in meeting daily production targets. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of food or meat production experience and thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are critical. This role is best suited for someone who leads by example, stays focused under pressure, and brings a positive, team-oriented approach to their work.
