Job Title: Tooling Repair Technician needed in Mebane NC We are a dynamic organization dedicated to excellence in our field, striving to deliver top-quality products through innovative practices and a commitment to continuous pany Location:- Mebane, NC 27278, USARoles and Responsibilities:As a Tooling Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by:- Pull and set Molds, dissemble molds, plates, cores ejector, lifters, slides, hot runner, heat manifolds. -Prepare molds for storagewith correct projections and tags -Must have plastic injection molding experience -Must have hot runner experience in an injection mold machine -Must have excellent doumentation of work and clean work space- Performing routine inspections, repairs, and modifications to existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Troubleshooting tooling issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.- Maintaining detailed records of tooling usage, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.- Assisting in the development and execution of tooling strategies to enhance productivity and quality.- Contributing to a culture of safety and compliance by adhering to all operational guidelines and best practices.Experience Level:- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Desired Skills:We seek individuals who exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
