Manager, FP&A

This position is remote within the U.S. While all qualified candidates will be considered, the ideal candidate will work East Coast hours or hybrid: 2-3 days per week from our American Fork, UT office or a few times per month from our Melville, NY office.Job SummaryThe Manager, FP&A plays a critical role within the Finance team as a strong right-hand to the Senior Director, FP&A. This hands-on role drives detailed financial analysis while providing strategic oversight.What You Will DoDirectly manage assigned team members and provide oversight across the full FP&A function, including coaching, performance evaluations, and development opportunitiesOversee global P&L through financial planning, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reportingCoordinate and participate in monthly planning cycles and annual budgeting processesPrepare and present budgets, forecasts, and monthly business reviews to the executive teamServe as a finance business partner to department and division leaders, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-makingDrive improvements in financial systems, processes, and internal controlSupport special projects and perform additional duties as neededTravel/Physical Demands15-25% travel to the corporate headquarters located in American Fork, UTOffice environment with no special physical demands requiredQualificationsWhat You Will Have7+ years of professional and progressive finance experience 3+ years of direct experience managing teams and processesProven expertise in financial planning, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, including advanced Excel modeling and deferred revenue modelsHands-on experience with financial reporting systems and process automation to streamline month-end and close cyclesBusiness and revenue commercial experience, with a track record of partnering with leaders to drive profitability, growth, and strategic decisionsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executives and cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; detail-oriented and highly organizedStrong understanding of accounting principlesSkilled at building relationships, resolving conflicts, and influencing stakeholders across all levelsNice to HavesSaaS or other software industry experienceSome hands-on accounting experience beyond financial analysisExperience with Oracle HFM and NetSuiteExperience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as DOMO, MS Power BI, Bilbeo, including dashboard creation and reportingM&A experienceThe range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
