Hi/Lo Driver Hope Network Industries Overview:The Hi/Lo Driver II plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the production process. This position is responsible for staging products for processing, transporting completed goods to the shrink-wrap and shipping areas, and maintaining accurate inventory and movement records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Locate and retrieve customer products within Plant 1. Transport products via Hi/Lo to designated staging and production areas. Accurately document all product movements to and from staging and shipping areas. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and secure facility. Adhere to OSHA, AIB, and ISO standards in all work activities. Support Shipping and Receiving as needed. Track and move production supplies to appropriate storage and staging locations. Qualifications: Education & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Experience: Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment. Proven Hi/Lo operation experience.
