This pivotal role reports directly to the site Chief Nursing Officer and indirectly to the Administrative Director, Nursing Specialty - Perioperative Services for the market.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eAs the Nursing Director, you will be instrumental in overseeing all services, functions, and processes within Perioperative Services. You will have significant programmatic responsibilities within Nursing, contributing to and influencing policy and procedure development, equipment standardization, capital planning, standard work measures, and recruitment and retention efforts.
