Master Operator Tech

We have a career opportunity for a Master Operator Tech to join our team!The successful candidate will oversee daily operation of the eight primary gas and oil fired boilers, generators, water treatment, and incoming high voltage electric feeders to the steam plant including dispatching fuel required to maintain the fuel related expenses to the steam customers. You will communicate with Covanta to maximize steam output generated at Covanta. You will be responsible for maintaining the 600, 400, and 250 pound steam header pressures. Communicates with Covanta tomaintain required steam demands of the system while keeping fuel cost to aminimum. Communicates with steam customers on steam pressure andtemperature concerns and relays that information to the appropriate person forresolution.
