Sustainability Lead

Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. Carollo’s vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and you’ll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career.The ideal candidate would sit in the following locations: Portland, OR Seattle, WACanada New York City Walnut Creek, CAOversee and perform Envision-based sustainability assessments for infrastructure projectsProvide sustainability guidance to internal design teams across multiple projectsCollaborate with project teams and clients to integrate sustainable design solutionsAdvise multidisciplinary teams with sustainable design input to maintain high-quality and cohesive project outcomesLead sustainability presentations for clients and help guide project execution in line with client sustainability goalsDelegate work, mentor junior staff, and manage deliveryContribute to writing proposals and winning new workAttend and participate in selected conferencesContribute to the leadership and continued growth of Carollo’s Resilience and Sustainability Technical PracticeEnvision Sustainability ProfessionalBachelors degree in Engineering, or sustainability related field is required8+ years of relevant experience in sustainability within infrastructure or constructionExtensive expertise in sustainability assessment toolsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, executing assigned work plans and delivering high-quality outcomesStrong writing and presentation skillsAbility to travel as neededRelevant experience in the water industryLEED Green AssociateProfessional Engineer license$100,000 to $160,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
