This position ensures that all material handling, documentation, and system entries comply with Navy standards and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) procedures.Responsibilities:Research, identify, and order materials and equipment using Navy supply systems, including NSN and part number lookups.Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries; verify accuracy of shipments and documentation.Operate forklift and government vehicle/truck to transport, load, and unload materials as required.Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and tracking of all materials.Assist with ERP âGoods Receiptâ processing and documentation for materials received and issued.Qualifications:Required:, Valid state driverâs license and ability to obtain or maintain base driving authorization.Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon assignment.Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.Proficiency in computer-based systems; experience with Navy ERP or similar supply systems preferred.Strong attention to detail, accountability, and adherence to Navy safety and supply procedures.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceDesired:Experience working with the DoD; Navy experience preferredAn active security clearance,
