Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newport Beach, California. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling financial transactions, and assisting clients with their banking needs. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a banking or financial services environment. u2022 Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. u2022 Ability to accurately process financial transactions and maintain balanced cash drawers. u2022 Familiarity with promoting and cross-selling products and services to customers. u2022 Excellent communication skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively. u2022 Knowledge of order entry processes and basic computer applications. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols.
