Facilities Manager Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA Company: Adecco Pay Rate: $25/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Full-Time On-Site About the Role Adecco is hiring an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operational functions for a busy, dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and skilled at coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient facility. If you have strong leadership abilities and a background in facility or property management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Responsibilities + Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and cleaning staff. + Conduct inspections and develop maintenance solutions to keep the facility in top condition. + Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for repairs, security, and cleaning services. + Coordinate facility projects, remodels, and repairs. + Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure spending aligns with departmental goals. + Ensure workplace safety and security measures are followed. + Serve as first responder to facility emergencies (security, police, or fire). + Maintain documentation and reports for maintenance, safety, and repairs. + Partner with management on planning, budgeting, and facility improvements. + Supervise and train cleaning staff and facilities technicians.
