summary:Job Title: Reach Truck Operator Location: Wyandotte, MI Pay Rate: $20 per hour (nights) Schedules Available: Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am. Wk 1: Mo/Th/Fr. Week 2: Tu/We/Sa/Su, then repeat. Training will occur on day shift (2 weeks max) Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. You’ll operate powered industrial trucks, handle inventory with handheld scanners, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate reach trucks, lift trucks, and order pickers Scan, label, and track inventory using handheld scanners Load and unload trailers Perform inbound receiving tasks Maintain a clean, organized work area (7S standards) Follow all quality and process procedures Minimum Requirements: 1+ year of reach truck experience Current certification to operate powered industrial trucks Experience with handheld scanners/labeling systems Flexibility to work weekends and overtime Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently (occasionally 75+ lbs.) Perform repetitive movements (bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling) Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Work in varying temperature environments Preferred Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Good communication with team members and supervisors High school diploma or equivalent required-skills: required-experience: 1 year
