We want you to apply Job Summary and Qualifications Location: Onsite Austin, TX - 7800 Shoal Creek Blvd #200W, Austin, TX 78757 Top Priorities Youu2019ll Own: + Manage complex executive calendars with efficiencyu2014coordinating meetings, calls, and priorities across departments. + Coordinate office logistics and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and professionally. + Book and manage travel and hotel accommodations, often across multiple schedules and locations. + Process mileage and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner. Additional Key Responsibilities: + Act as the first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders. + Prepare reports, maintain departmental metrics, and support presentations and communications. + Maintain organized, confidential filing systems (digital and physical). + Order and track office supplies, anticipating team needs. + Assist with meeting planning, agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups. + Support the team in creating and refining office procedures. What You Bring: + Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration (preferred). + 3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership (healthcare experience is a plus). + Proven experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling reimbursements. + High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. + A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
