ERP Systems and Applications Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in managing complex systems, ensuring their functionality, and driving improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in systems administration and business analysis, combined with expertise in Agile methodologies. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee complex system operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. u2022 Review and analyze code to identify improvements and maintain system integrity. u2022 Perform regular server patching tasks, including both daily and monthly updates. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using tools such as BRDs. u2022 Evaluate and implement systems solutions, with experience in system transitions and implementations preferred. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements and future technology adoption. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. u2022 Conduct detailed analysis to support strategic decision-making and process improvements. u2022 Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform system strategies. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration and business systems analysis. u2022 Proficiency in creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). u2022 Demonstrated expertise in managing complex system operations and server patching. u2022 Ability to review and analyze code effectively. u2022 Experience with system implementations, with familiarity in systems preferred. u2022 Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. u2022 Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
