We are a certified Minority & Woman‑owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) in NYC and NY state.We are looking for the next key player in our integrated design team: a full-timeIntermediate Project Manager/Designerfor our commercial interiors projects. Our ideal candidate is kind, resourceful, organized, an incredible communicator, has a sophisticated design sensibility, and is comfortable managing & leading small to medium projects and executing a cohesive design vision. The candidate should have solid experience working in Revit with Enscape and have completed projects through all design, permitting and construction phases. The role requires ownership and responsibility from day one and an interest in becoming an integral part of a growing team.ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage 1-2 small projects, or 1 medium project at a time (with support from a Director or Principal)Manage and coordinate project subconsultants such as MEP, structural, AV/IT, & lighting designersTrack project budget and scheduleDay‑to‑day communication and interfacing with clientsDevelop design concept, user‑experience journeys, diagramming, & mood boardsProduce and execute project deliverables including project work plan, SD/DD/CD drawing sets, project schedules, and specificationsProduce permit sets & coordinate the Landlord review and DOB application process when requiredReview shop drawings, draft RFI responses, and provide clarification sketches during Construction AdministrationSelect, procure, and manage orders and installation for furniture and decorative lightingHelp drive unique, creative solutions to unique design problemsQualifications3-8 post‑degree years of relevant experience at an architecture or design office, including experience on DD/CD/CA phases for interior architecture projectsComfortable with multi‑tasking and collaboration within fast‑paced projectsOrganized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and willing to take on a variety of tasksExcellent English language communication and client‑facing skillsWork examples that demonstrate, in addition to technical detail, a sophisticated design sensibilityMust have strong proficiency in Revit and Enscape; extensive experience with construction documents and family creation in Revit is requiredAdobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Excel knowledge are also requiredExperience with FF&E sourcing and specificationFamiliarity with NYC building codes and DOB permitting processLocated in NYC area and available to start ASAPHybrid work schedule; office in the Financial District, about 3 days on averageLegally eligible to work in the United States, no employer sponsorship requiredBenefits for Full‑time EmployeesSubsidized health/dental/vision insuranceMatching 401(k)HSA/FSA/commuter benefits optionsBasic life insurancePTO package with vacation, personal days, and winter breakContributions to professional development costsHow to Apply Please submit a cover letter with your salary requirements, resume, and work samples in a single PDF to .
