Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Barline Machine Operator. Job Title: Barline Machine Operator Location: Chetek, WI Pay Range: $24.61 Starting Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday What's the Job? Operate and assist in operating multi-spindle automatic screw machines to produce high-quality parts. Install chucks and collets, set and secure tooling holders, ensuring precise machine setup. Check parts produced for dimensional and finish conformance to specifications, notifying supervisors of any deviations. Remove and reset tooling or adjust machines as required to maintain production standards. Maintain statistical process control charting and operate PC stations for SPC readings. What's Needed? Ability to work from detailed instructions and make decisions using sound judgment. Basic shop mathematics and blueprint reading skills, with experience using adjustable measuring instruments. Computer literacy and successful completion of Basic Shop Class. Physical ability to lift and move materials ranging from light to heavy weights, with assistance when necessary.
