Job Title: Call Center Relationship RepresentativeLocation: Remote / Work from home (You must live in USA, no exeptions)Pay Rate $29 - $34/Hr. on W2Training Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5 PM M-F / 2-3 weeksHours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMWe are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Relationship Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills, and have experience in fast paced environments. Multilingualabilities and bilingual fluency are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively (not required).ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatProvide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectivelyHandle outbound calling to follow up with clients or promote products/services as neededManage data entry tasks with attention to detail, maintaining accurate customer recordsUtilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clientsSupport client services by resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessaryUse Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools to document interactions and update databasesCollaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiencyQualificationsProven experience in customer support, or client services preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not requiredStrong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing proficiencyFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skillsAbility to handle outbound calling campaigns effectivelyGood analysis skills for understanding customer issues and providing appropriate solutionsExperience in sales or upselling is advantageous but not requiredDemonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor in all interactionsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanPaid Time OffPaid T-Mobile cell service$500.00 Employee referral programEmployee PerkSpot (discounts on retail, hotel, food, restaurants, car rental and much more!!)Join our team if you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment.
