OverviewWe’re seeking a Director of Media & Production who is equal parts artist and organizer—someone who can capture unforgettable wedding stories behind the lens, manage and schedule a talented creative team, and build genuine relationships with clients. This role blends hands-on photography/videography, digital production management, and client care into one of the most impactful positions on our team.? Hands-On Creative — Lead photographer & videographer, capturing timeless wedding stories and creating unique marketing content.? Team Leader — Schedule & manage a team of photographers, videographers, editors, and tech staff.? Client-Facing Pro — Build trust and connection with couples & families preparing for and on their big day.? Digital Director — Oversee production, website updates, and digital asset management.What You’ll DoServe as lead photographer, videographer, and editor for content creation.Capture, direct, and edit timeless images and cinematic films that exceed client expectations.Build strong relationships with couples, families, and vendors, ensuring an exceptional experience.Schedule and manage a cadre of photographers, videographers, editors, and technical support staff for each wedding.Lead the production pipeline: pre-production planning, event coverage, and post-production delivery.Act as lead content creator for marketing: brand videos, social media reels, and promotional content.Oversee website management, ensuring fresh content, SEO optimization, and seamless user experience.Develop and maintain a digital asset management system (DAM) for photos, videos, and marketing files.Balance creative leadership with operational efficiency to keep projects on time and on brand.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in wedding photography and videography with a strong portfolio.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).Experience in scheduling and managing creative/technical teams.Exceptional relational and interpersonal skills—able to connect with clients and put them at ease.Strong organizational and project management fort working evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.A balance of creative vision , people skills , and operational discipline.Why Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to both create and lead : you’ll be behind the camera capturing unforgettable moments and at the same time guiding a team of creatives that brings our brand to life.
