Senior Technical Architect

Responsibilities: As a technical project lead, we expect this candidate to excel at ground up projects, industrial and other complex project types. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team including in-house designers and engineers. Architects at HSB are expected to lead their own projects from schematic design through completion, and grow to understand all aspects of project delivery. Contribute toward the collaborative environment at HSB by participating in job huddles, career mentorship and collaboration with other Interior Designers, Architect and MEP engineers at HSB. Contribute toward Quality Assurance and Quality Control at HSB. Work with senior staff and mentor younger staff in quality project delivery. Seeking leaders, who will contribute toward the culture and project quality at HSB. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, and Preferred Master's Degree in Architecture. 8-10 years experience working as an architectural designer or architect. Licensed Architect, or in process of testing for licensure. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency. Technical experience detailing and developing construction drawings. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
