Insomniac Clubs - Digital Advertising, Paid Social ManagerJob Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a strong background in digital advertising and love for music and nightlife.WHO ARE YOU? Enhanced by state-of-the-art lighting, pyrotechnics and sound design, large-scale art installations, theatrical performers and next generation special effects, our events captivate the senses and inspire a unique level of fan interaction.THE ROLE: The Digital Advertising Manager will oversee all paid media planning and performance for Insomniac Clubs, managing advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Responsibilities:Lead paid media strategy across all venues and brands, aligning budgets with sales goals and key milestonesSupervise and mentor Advertisers & Marketiers, providing training, QA, and performance feedbackOversee media planning, pacing, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platformsSet up campaign goals and frameworks, including audience targeting, creative testing plans, and key KPI benchmarksPartner with marketers to align campaign priorities and messagingApprove media budgets and campaign recommendations before launchMonitor campaign health daily, identifying underperforming ads and directing timely optimizationsOwn post-campaign analysis and weekly reports, delivering actionable insights to stakeholdersManage media asset flow—ensure proper specs, approvals, UTMs, and tagging standards are met across campaignsEvaluate platform and vendor performance, making strategic recommendations for budget allocation and tool adoptionStay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging digital media trendsCollaborate with CRM, influencer, and email teams to integrate paid media into the broader funnelEnsure data integrity in reporting through proper use of naming conventions, pixel tracking, and UTMsTroubleshoot discrepancies in media spend, attribution, or performance with internal and external partnersAssist with strategic planning for seasonal campaigns, evergreen campaigns, and new market launchesRepresent the digital advertising team in cross-functional meetings with leadership and partnersTrain and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when neededAll other projects and initiatives as identifiedQualifications:Represent the digital advertising team in cross-functional meetings with leadership and partnersBachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field6+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying - agency/social preferred4+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube2+ years managing or mentoring junior team membersFamiliarity with Snap Ads, Spotify Ads, and emerging platforms is a plusDeep understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and attribution modelsProficiency with GA4, Looker Studio (or similar), and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)Ability to manage large budgets and multiple concurrent campaignsExperience with CRM and audience segmentation strategies a plusStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teamsMust be 21+ and available to work nights/weekends as needed for event supportWORK ENVIRONMENT:Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in dynamic work locationsMust be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work eventsSalary Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 USDEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
