Other duties may be assigned:Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots.Coordinates representatives who may call on existing or potential customers.Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Submits reports of sales activity and maintains records.Promotes satisfactory customer relations. Coordinates advertising and marketing campaigns.Provides marketing advice to organizational units.Validate and Process Sales Deduction claims through SAP Claim SystemValidate and Process SPA claims through Salesforce DotcomMaintain and reconcile Sales MDF programs for Regional SalesWork with Sales in order to reduce monthly chargebacksAnalyze chargeback process and design a way to lessen number of deductions and process more efficientlyAssist with special & other ad hoc requestsBachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance, marketing, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred by not required.2-4 years of experienceProven track record of sales and negotiating experienceAccount Reconciliation experience a plusExperience in a corporate environmentAbility to work well with others and take direction from supervisor and other top management.Basic M/S Office skills including Word, Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Tables), PowerPointExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasksAbility to prioritize, organize, and perform duties and responsibilitiesCircet USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veteran/Disabled.
