Job settings can include health care clinics, secondary schools, youth sports clubs, collegiate athletics, and/or professional clubs.In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Experience Requirement:2 years of athletic training experienceMust be willing and able to travel and work irregular hoursMust possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population including but not limited to, athletes, coaches, administrative staff, physicians, volunteers and other medical personnelEducation Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Athletic Training or related fieldLicense/Certification Requirements:Board Certified Athletic TrainerBasic Life Support through the American Heart Association within 90 days of hireValid driver's licensePhysical Requirements:Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
