We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.Enterprise Pool 1:Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials1 facility - preferred location/closest to homeAt least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area12 months of experience in unit type/specialty areaEnterprise Pool 2: Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsAssigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty areaEnterprise Pool 3: Flat rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsMust be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change.Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty areaPRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty areaUnit Type/Specialty Areas:Critical CareSurgical ServicesMedical SurgicalProceduralWomen’s ServicesEDBehavioral HealthBenefits: PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefitsFull Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibilityIn addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:RN License required;Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact, Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact.Upon issuance of a new multistate license,the former license is inactivated.
