We believe in rewarding our team’s hard work with competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a healthy work-life balance, all while serving our wonderful Quincy community.Position DetailsPosition: Registered Dental HygienistSchedule: Full-Time (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunitiesPerks & Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) options, free CE courses provided by our affiliated vendors, and more!Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding patient care with a warm, compassionate chairside mannerEducate patients on oral hygiene, dental health, and treatment options to support long-term careReview and update patient health histories, medications, and conditions; accurately document all findings in patient recordsPerform comprehensive hygiene procedures, including diagnostic X-rays, prophylaxis (adult and child), non-surgical periodontal therapy, adjunctive treatments, and co-diagnosis with the doctorComplete periodontal charting per clinical guidelinesMaintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulationsAdminister local anesthetic as neededPerform polishing, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screeningsUtilize intraoral cameras to enhance patient education and treatment planningClean, sterilize, and prepare operatories and equipment following proper protocolsCollaborate effectively with the entire dental team and assist with front office responsibilities when neededQualifications & RequirementsEducation: Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene programLicensure: Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of IllinoisCertifications: Current CPR certification requiredExcellent communication and patient engagement skillsPositive attitude and professional demeanorStrong teamwork and organizational abilitiesDetail-oriented with good manual dexterityProficient with dental software and technologyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentINDHRDH01
