Maintenance Technician

Timely completion of turning roomsHandling minor repairs particularly relating to the repair of bathroom and kitchen equipment, changing light bulbs, and general maintenance.Providing assistance with miscellaneous tasks related to the visual appearance and upkeep of the propertyKeep the Maintenance Supervisor informed of any maintenance issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervisionBenefits:Employee recognition eventsPaid time off starts day oneRequirements:Must be able to lift 50 lbsMust be able to travel to job site in own vehicleTraveling a distance is possible, requiring an overnight stayKnowledge in the following: Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, and Electrical
