This is an on-site position. Shifts include 10am-7pm / 11am-8pmAt Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended.ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles. We employ technicians across the country. Our growth will continue as we add team members that strive to be the best, commit to taking care of our customers, and continue to train so that they can accomplish team goals and obtain career advancement opportunities. Receive incoming requests for ADAS calibration services and gather relevant information from customersUse field technician availability, skills, and proximity to customers to schedule jobs to be performed within 24 hours (if not same day)Communicate with technicians regarding their assignments, providing necessary information, directions, and any updates or changesMonitor the progress of ongoing calibration jobs and maintain regular communication with technicians to ensure timely completionHandle customer inquiries and concerns by providing exceptional customer service and resolving issuesMaintain accurate records in dispatching systemCollaborate with the operations team to optimize scheduling efficiency and make necessary adjustments to meet changing demandsContinuously monitor and track dispatching performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvementMiscellaneous duties as assignedHigh School diploma or GEDPrior experience as a dispatcher or relevant positionProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general computer skills, including experience with dispatching software or similar toolsExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team membersStrong problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to multi-task and stay organized by constantly prioritizing jobs or tasksKnowledge of ADAS technology and calibration processes is desirable but not required; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements is essentialBilingual in Spanish a plusMust be able to hear on a telephone at times with others speakingMust be able to work/sit for longs periods of timeThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceGroup Life InsuranceDisability Insurance401k Retirement Plan with matchReferral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”)5 Paid HolidaysWe are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
