The Compensation and CAPREIT Benefits for this position can be read below.- $17/HRAbout BroadwayLocation: Brentwood,New York11717# of Units: 114Community Style: Garden# of Openings: 1Provide excellent customer service to prospective residentsby planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.Assist the Community Managerby processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the communityPosition Requirements:Experience: 1-3 years in the multi-family housing industryLicense: Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cartAffordable Housing: LIHTC experience preferredSoftware Skills: Familiarity with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi) or ability to learn quicklyTechnology: Working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft OfficeSchedule Requirements:Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend#CAPREITUS
