Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is 'On-Site' at the location detailed in the job post., Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Paint Shop Facilities personnel and contractors.Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, task assignments, and performance standardsConduct regular team meetings to review goals, address challenges, and promote best practicesEnsure thorough cleaning of paint booths, equipment exteriors, floors, ceilings, and surrounding areasOversee the control and elimination of dust, debris, and airborne particlesMonitor and maintain air filtration systems, exhaust fans, and ventilation unitsSchedule and supervise inspections and preventative maintenance of booth intakes, grates, ductwork, and filter housing.Ensure all cleaning and disposal activities comply with company policies and environmental regulationsMaintain accurate records of cleaning tasks, filter changes, inspections, and waste disposalPrepare reports for upper management on facility conditions, team performance, and compliance metricsWork closely with paint shop operators to minimize disruptions and maintain clean production flowCoordinate with Environmental Health ,Safety teams to ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.Support engineering and quality teams in identifying and resolving contamination-related issuesHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACTHMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America.
