Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for multiple entities in Gold River, California. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with expertise in complex accounting processes, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, process improvement, and providing strategic financial insights. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. u2022 Prepare and review financial statements, including profit-and-loss reports, expense documentation, and consolidated financial summaries. u2022 Develop comprehensive budgets and monitor financial performance through monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. u2022 Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and tax regulations, maintaining precision in recordkeeping. u2022 Analyze and refine accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and resolve discrepancies, including historical transaction cleanup. u2022 Supervise specialized accounting tasks such as journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and depreciation. u2022 Oversee complex financial transactions related to real estate, including self-funded loans and partner capital sales. u2022 Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and detail-oriented development. u2022 Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver strategic insights and financial guidance. u2022 Prepare and maintain multi-entity cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal financial planning.
