Inside Sales Representative (Remote/Office-Based) Join our growing team! We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to help us connect with new customers, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth. If you’re passionate about customer service, love talking to people, and have an interest or background in agriculture, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels Understand customer needs to recommend the right products or services Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Use CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales activities Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools Background or knowledge of agriculture is a strong plus
