Description We are looking for a dedicated KYC Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing customer onboarding processes. Your expertise in banking and financial services will contribute to maintaining accurate and secure client records. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. u2022 Manage and streamline customer onboarding processes in alignment with company policies and industry standards. u2022 Assess and mitigate credit risk by analyzing customer profiles and transaction histories. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to enhance anti-money laundering (AML) detection and prevention strategies. u2022 Review and update client information to maintain accurate records and identify potential risks. u2022 Utilize programming tools and environments to support compliance-related data analysis. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations for improving KYC and AML processes. u2022 Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure adherence across all operations. u2022 Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. u2022 Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry. u2022 Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and credit risk management principles. u2022 Proficiency in programming tools and environments relevant to compliance tasks. u2022 Familiarity with customer onboarding procedures and regulatory standards. u2022 Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify risks and trends. u2022 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. u2022 Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records. u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
