Industry Standard Roofing Skills Weu2019re Looking For We need reliable roofers who can perform: ? Roof Inspections & Diagnostics + Leak detection + Storm damage assessment + Flashing and ventilation inspections + Moisture or mold risk identification ? Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance + Shingle/tile replacement + Nail pops, small puncture patches + Sealant application at vents and flashing + Gutter cleaning and minor repairs ? Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required) + Tear-offs and underlayment installation + Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.) + Soffit/fascia board replacement + Attic ventilation solutions ? Job Documentation + Before/during/after photos + Clear notes in portal for each job + Material needs communicated up front Requirements ?
