What Weu2019re Looking For: If you have: + Life insurance sales experience (required) + A strong work ethic and a positive attitude + Excellent communication and presentation skills + High energy and motivation to succeed + Coachability and a desire to grow + Strong computer and CRM navigation skills + The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Then this is the role for you As a Life Insurance Account Executive, You Will: + Work 100% remotely , engaging with clients via virtual meetings, phone, and email + Educate clients on life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life policies + Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend tailored life insurance solutions + Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners in real estate, title, and mortgage + Utilize phone, email, social media, and virtual networking to drive new business + Present quotes and close sales with confidence and professionalism + Navigate multiple systems including CRM, quoting tools, and carrier platforms + Meet and exceed monthly production goals Your Background Includes: + 3 to 5 years of life insurance sales experience + Active Life and Health Insurance License + P&C license and experience (preferred but not required) + A passion for helping people protect their families and financial futures + The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools Ready to make a difference in peopleu2019s lives while building a rewarding remote career?
