The Transformation Senior Program Manager is responsiblefor leading one or more cross-departmental transformation programs thatsupport strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, new productdevelopment, and operational improvements. This role oversees end-to-endprogram performance, including timeline adherence, budget management,and delivery quality. Programs may involve evaluating or implementingservices, systems, or opportunities that drive innovation, processimprovement, and sustainable value. Perform other duties as assigned.Key Accountabilities Partner with business and technology stakeholdersto define program scope, milestones, resource capacity, and desiredoutcomes Identify and manage resource requirements, aligning with budgetconstraints and facilitating hiring as needed Participate in ProgramIncrement (PI) Planning, System Demos, and Solution Demos to ensurealignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and business divisionsReport program MVP progress to key stakeholders, including steering andportfolio management teams Develop and maintain critical paths andbusiness milestones in collaboration with business and technology teamsCoordinate and synchronize program-related activities across entities,including business readiness, communications, process design, andtechnology delivery Ensure transparency and management of dependencies,issues, and risks; facilitate resolution and decision-making SupportProduct Managers, Product Owners, and Business Readiness teams inmanaging expectations for deliverables Hold teams accountable forcommitments; serve as an escalation point and remove obstacles as neededManage program financials, ensuring appropriate expenditures andresolving issues with financial representatives Support business casedevelopment in partnership with business owners and cross-functionalteams Lead stakeholder engagement, including internal teams and externalvendors Organize and motivate cross-functional teams across operationalareas Manage executive stakeholder communications and facilitateExecutive Steering Committees Provide leadership and coaching to projectmanagers; support development...
