We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Actuation Technologies team in Ontario, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for leading internal project coordination and execution for technically complex orders. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure project requirements are clearly understood, risks are managed, and deliverables are met on time and within This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:• Active participation in early engagement (pre-order) activities whenever required• Attend project kick-off meetings to ensure customer requirements are disseminated and clearly understood by all supporting groups• Lead the internal contract review meeting to ensure clear understanding of the scope of supply by all team members and to deploy the project milestone schedule• Interface with all stakeholders to clarify all project requirements and to ensure that all relevant project knowledge is transferred• Control project plan by reviewing design, plan and schedule changes; recommend actions; perform risk management to minimize project risks• Coordinate with the Document Controller for timely documentation reviews, submittals, revisions, approvals and any other documentation requirements throughout the project• Maximize margin uplift through proficient customer change order management; ensure a quick and accurate customer change order quotation with lead time impact based on change order policies is delivered to the customer• Plan and organize customer and/or third-party inspections, support NCR’s resolution and escalate when necessary• Manage several projects in parallel, with an ability to do own workload planning including at other locations• Conduct PMO training for new hires on PMO standards, procedures, checklists, etc.• Lead project closure meetings, issue closeout document including GP Analysis and Best Practices via RCCMWho You Are:You keep a strong bottom-line orientation.
