Operations/Production ManagerThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills while managing day-to-day operations and cultivating a culture of accountability and quality. A hands-on approach is essential, with the ability to motivate employees, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence across all stages of production. This role wears many hats and must be willing to manage production and business aspects of the operation.
