Machine Operator / Machine Technician - Direct Hire 2nd Shift Our client, an industry leader in in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour with .50 shift differential Shift: Monday - Friday; 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, What's the Job? Maintain and operate production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes Inspect and measure parts for conformity and quality standards Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machining operations Restart or start equipment after power outages or interruptions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to quickly learn and understand production equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical ability to operate machinery and lift up to 40 lbs as needed What's in it for me?
