Youu2019ll create reliable programs in Mastercam for precision parts in a high-mix/low-volume environment. What Youu2019ll Do + Program CNC machines using Mastercam (including 5-axis). + Optimize speed/feed for tool life. + Design fixtures and suggest drawing improvements. + Work with metals like Inconel and stainless steel. + Support productivity goals and process improvements. What Weu2019re Looking For + 10+ years offline programming in Mastercam. + 5+ years CNC programming & operating experience. + Strong knowledge of multi-axis motion planning & robotics. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bertram, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
