Sr. Financial Analyst

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Spring Valley, California. This role is integral to driving strategic financial decisions through comprehensive analysis and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and excel in collaborating across departments to enhance financial efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting across various brands, product lines, and sales channels to guide strategic decisions. u2022 Manage the reconciliation, tracking, and reporting of vendor reimbursements and Amazon-related bill backs to ensure financial transparency. u2022 Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate gross profit margins, pricing dynamics, and cost structures while identifying drivers of profitability. u2022 Collaborate with Accounting and FP& A teams during month-end close processes to ensure accurate journal entries and reconciliations. u2022 Analyze organizational performance and create insightful financial reports that highlight trends, variances, and actionable recommendations. u2022 Work closely with Brand, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to address margin discrepancies and implement efficient process improvements. u2022 Provide leadership with data-driven insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. u2022 Ensure consistent monitoring of financial metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. u2022 Expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis. u2022 Proficiency in performing ad hoc financial analyses to support complex decision-making. u2022 Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and tools. u2022 Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. u2022 Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights and reports. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software tools. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
