*Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the Paint Department, where you will perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery, including conveyors, filling machines, mixing machines, and labeling machines. This role involves mostly mechanical repairs, with a small portion of electrical work. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, ensuring efficient operation. + Conduct mechanical repairs, with a focus on conveyors, filling machines, mixing machines, and labeling machines. + Perform electrical repairs as necessary, comprising approximately 15% of the work. + Utilize software to track preventive maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing gear boxes with over 2 years' experience. + Experience with proximity switch troubleshooting and repair for 2+ years. + Ability to repair conveyors and perform chain replacements for over 2 years. + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic systems for 2+ years. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of welding experience is a plus. + 1+ year of hydraulic troubleshooting and repair is a plus. + 1+ year of 480v troubleshooting and repair is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer job security and yearly raises, ensuring a stable and rewarding work environment. **Work Environment** Work in a C1D1 facility with a total of 8 maintenance technicians split across two shifts, fostering a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Tipp City, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $61776.00 - $61776.00/yr. - PTO/Vacation - 401k - Health, Dental, Vision Insurance **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Tipp City,OH. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Nov 26, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
