Job Description We are seeking Skilled Laborers to assist in covering a large steel-erected structure with a fabric cover. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights. This position involves hands-on work outdoors and requires attention to detail and teamwork to ensure the structure is safely and properly enclosed. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22-26/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated. Learn more at Responsibilities: Assist with installation of the fabric cover over large steel structures Work safely at heights using proper fall protection equipment Follow site safety protocols and supervisor instructions Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently Collaborate with the crew to ensure timely project completion Qualifications: Previous construction or industrial labor experience preferred Must not be afraid of heights and comfortable working on elevated surfaces Must have and use all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.) Must bring own safety harness (preferably double lanyard) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety PeopleReady Skilled Trades is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity.
