Use analytictools and traditional industrial engineering methods to optimize production functionsKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESUse Maynard Operation Sequence Technique​ to develop balanced processes across the Assembly Frame manufacturing areas. Work toachieve Maximum Process Efficiency. Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques. Designprocesses that are simple and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, Environment targets. Perform time estimates for process/line work, equipment loads, and develop operationstandards for the Weld Department during development Identify opportunities to reduce waste within the process and improve efficiency. Apply 5swork methods, workstation design, and set best practices for production. Evaluate and implement ergonomic countermeasures to prevent associate injury. Maintain accurate AutoCAD department layout.
