Olivia Restorative Therapy and Nursing - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supports the implementation of care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN plays a key role in promoting resident health, safety, and well-being through skilled clinical care, communication, and teamwork.
