Summary JOB SUMMARY Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Values of Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital Center. Works as a para-professional trained to provide personal care and other health care needs of the patient under the direction of the Registered Nurse, REQUIREMENTS Preferred High School Diploma Completion of High School or GED program required. Less than 2 years Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required. Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred.
