As a Production Supervisor Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—guiding production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring our corrugated packaging meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. 🌟 What You’ll Do: Lead and support production teams on a rotating 2-shift schedule Champion safety and coach team members to follow plant policies Solve real-time production challenges and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with planning and design departments to streamline operations Monitor machine performance and recommend process enhancements Learn the ins and outs of corrugated converting and printing equipment Be mentored by experienced supervisors and gain exposure to people management 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or business A self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills Natural leadership abilities and a drive to achieve results Passion for problem-solving and process improvement 💡 Why Apply?
